Information and Documents Required to Sumbit Claim

Please keep the following documents and information ready before you begin the registration process:

  1. Attested Affidavit of a Notary (on Rs 10 or more stamp paper) stating therein whether the buyer wants “Refund” or “Possession”, also mentioning requisite details of Flat / Villa / Plot allotted, project name and amount paid. Any person making an Affidavit on the basis of Power of Attorney (POA) needs to upload the same along with the Affidavit.
  2. Scanned copy of Letter of Allotment (one page only) and if the Flat / Villa / Plot is further resold, also a scanned copy of the "Resale Endorsement" page.
  3. Scanned copy of the buyer's Photo ID (any one of the following: Aadhar Card, PAN Card or Passport).


A claim once submitted cannot be edited via the portal. All information and documents must be submitted at one go.
